Messaging and customer data
Marketing lists must have a lawful source. Required consent and opt-out evidence must be retained, suppression requests honored, sender identity accurate, and channel-specific rules followed. Transactional messages must not be disguised promotions.
Operational safety
Users must not rely on Ellich as the sole emergency, food-safety, age-verification, accessibility, tax, payroll, or legal-compliance system. Merchants must maintain appropriate offline procedures, reconciliation, backups, and trained supervision for critical operations.
Enforcement
Ellich may investigate, rate-limit, quarantine messages, disable integrations, require remediation, suspend features, or terminate access based on severity and risk. We may preserve and disclose evidence where required by law. When feasible and safe, we will notify the account owner and provide a path to cure or appeal.
