Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
A plain-language summary of Ellich trial, subscription, renewal, cancellation, tax, refund, and separate-purchase rules. The Terms of Service control if this summary conflicts with them.
Effective and last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Free trial
- The standard trial is free for the period displayed at signup.
- No payment card is required, and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid plan.
- A paid plan begins only after the Customer selects a plan and confirms its price and billing cycle.
2. Standard paid plans
- Standard plans are month-to-month unless another period is clearly selected at checkout.
- There is no separately signed contract, minimum term, or early termination fee for a standard plan.
- The checkout review shows the plan, price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and additional charges.
3. Renewal and cancellation
A paid subscription renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The Customer may cancel at any time through an available billing control or by emailing support@ellich.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid access normally continues through the end of the current billing period, and no cancellation penalty is charged.
4. Refunds and billing corrections
Fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable. Ellich will review duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges and will provide any refund or remedy required by applicable law. A billing concern should identify the account, invoice, charge date, and disputed amount without sending full card numbers or passwords.
5. Taxes and price changes
Taxes may be added where Ellich is required to collect them. The Customer remains responsible for taxes that Ellich is not required to collect. Future subscription price changes will be communicated reasonably in advance and will apply no earlier than a later renewal after the notice period.
6. Stripe card processing and Ellich application fee
Supported card payments currently use Stripe. Stripe processing, Connect, dispute, payout, conversion, and related fees are established by Stripe's applicable pricing or the Customer's Stripe agreement and are separate from Ellich subscription charges.
When enabled, Ellich may collect a separate Stripe Connect application fee. The current standard Ellich configuration is a fixed one-cent application fee on each successfully processed transaction. The applicable fee must be disclosed before payment activation and in available payment or settlement records. Stripe may deduct Stripe fees and the Ellich application fee from the connected-account balance.
7. Hardware and third-party purchases
Hardware, shipping, installation, domains, payment processing, and third-party add-ons are separate purchases. Their checkout or order confirmation controls their return, warranty, cancellation, and refund terms. Cancelling an Ellich software subscription does not automatically reverse those completed purchases.
8. Contact and controlling terms
Send cancellation and billing requests to support@ellich.com. See the Terms of Service for the complete agreement.
