A Creative Project begins with the tenant's real catalog data and remains English-only. Creating the project does not publish content, contact a social channel, use a paid AI provider, or prove that an advertisement is ready. It creates a governed sandbox record that must pass asset and direction checks before generation.
Create the project from real product data
Open Admin → Marketing → New Creative Project. Under 1. Select the real product, search the current tenant catalog and select the intended item. The server validates the product again instead of trusting only the browser selection.
Under 2. Define the Creative Project, enter Project name and review the fixed Language: English (US) setting. Choose Channel preset, Kit preset, Call to action, Objective, and any exact Offer or campaign note. Add Campaign starts and Campaign ends when the promotion is time-bounded. Select Create Creative Project.
The new record starts in the sandbox. Three governed directions are created from the frozen product information, but no real channel, paid AI, or external provider is contacted at this step.
Complete generation readiness
On the campaign page, review Frozen product truth before creating assets. The snapshot protects the campaign from silently changing when the catalog changes later.
Under Real product assets, use a frozen catalog image or upload current product photography. Uploaded files are decoded, tenant-scoped, checksummed, and quality checked. At least one asset must be accepted for generation.
Under Creative directions, choose one governed advertising strategy. Generation unlocks only when both a usable real product asset and one direction are selected. The readiness banner then states that the campaign input is ready.
Produce, review, and bridge the result
Use Standard Campaign Kit for the complete two-post, one-carousel, and two-reel run, or use Creative production and Reels & shortform for the applicable versioned recipes. Inspect job progress and previews; a generated file is still subject to human review.
Use Structured revisions for bounded changes that preserve product truth. Create a Customer Campaign converts one approved creative version into a consent-safe CRM campaign draft. It does not contact a provider. Audience consent, campaign activation, dispatch, and delivery verification remain separate CRM operations.
When the project is not ready
If generation remains locked, confirm that one real product asset passed its quality report and one creative direction is selected. Also check the relevant image or Reel recipe when launching a Standard Campaign Kit. Do not bypass missing readiness by changing catalog facts or inserting unsupported claims into the brief.
