Reservations owns availability, booking policy, guest records, and booking state. Distribution controls where the approved booking experience appears.
Configure booking
Open Admin → Reservations and review the store, service hours, party-size rules, availability, table policy, deposits or other enabled requirements, and guest-facing policy text. Save and test with the same location guests will use.
Publish a booking path
From Distribution, choose the supported channel:
- Direct booking link
- QR code
- Website or embeddable widget
- Marketplace
- Customer app
Use the generated path and approved button text. If you revoke a link, replace old QR codes and website references after confirming the new destination.
Place a test booking
- Open the public booking path in a signed-out browser.
- Select an available date, time, party size, and required guest details.
- Accept the displayed policy and submit once.
- Verify the booking in the Reservations workspace and the guest-facing confirmation.
Site Builder controls how a Reservation block looks on a page; booking rules and inventory remain in Reservations.
