Use the sign-in method that matches your account. A web password, Google sign-in, MFA code, and POS PIN are different credentials.
Owner or administrator sign-in
- Sign in with the email and password attached to the administrator account.
- Use Continue with Google only when that Google identity is linked to the account.
- If the password is unknown, select Forgot password and use the one-time reset link. Request a new link if the previous link is invalid or expired.
Employee app sign-in
An employee must first accept the employer invitation and set a password. If the profile exists but the invitation was never activated, ask a manager to confirm the invitation state rather than creating a duplicate employee.
The company and assigned location are selected from the employee relationship. If sign-in succeeds but the expected workspace is missing, check active status, location assignment, role, and permission scope.
MFA or temporary lock
Enter the current six-digit code from the enrolled authenticator. After too many invalid authentication-code attempts, the login is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait for the lock to expire before retrying with a fresh code.
POS floor sign-in
POS uses the employee's six-digit POS PIN. It is not the employee app password and not an MFA code. A manager can reset the PIN from the employee profile when floor access fails.
Before contacting support
Confirm the email address, account type, invitation state, active company and location, and the exact error shown. Do not send a password, POS PIN, MFA code, or reset link. If an administrator cannot restore access, contact support@ellich.com with the affected email, company, location, and error message.
