Check credentials

  1. Confirm you are using the correct email and password.
  2. Try resetting password if your organization allows self-service reset.

Account lockout

  • Multiple failed attempts may temporarily lock the account. Wait a few minutes or contact your admin.

Role or store access

  • If you can log in but see no store or empty menus, your permissions or store assignment may need an admin fix.

Still stuck

  • Ask your administrator to verify you are active and assigned to the correct tenant / store.
