Site Builder can manage one contact request form and one reservation request form on the connected public website.
Add a managed form
- Open Admin > Site Builder > Website and open the public form tools.
- Choose Add form for the Contact request form or Reservation request form.
- Edit the Heading, Button label, and Description.
- Leave Shown on public website selected when customers should see the form.
- Choose Save and apply, then inspect every live update step and verify the public page.
The contact form asks for a full name and email, with phone and message available. The reservation request form collects guest contact details, check-in and check-out dates, guests and units, searches current availability, and requires the guest to select an available option before submitting the request.
Understand managed and custom forms
The form tool owns only Ellich-managed contact and reservation sections. If the target page already contains a custom form, Site Builder stops with A custom form already exists on this page. Edit it from Ellich Pages. Edit that form in Ellich Pages or deliberately remove the conflict before adding a managed form. Do not create a second form on top of it.
Adding a missing managed form can create its required page. During a full live update, Site Builder prepares a contact form automatically and prepares a reservation form when a reservation page already exists.
Hide, update, or remove a form
- Clear Shown on public website and save to keep the managed form configuration while hiding its section.
- Remove form removes only the Ellich-managed form section from its public page. It does not delete the page, customer profiles, reservations, or previously submitted request records.
- A form that says
saved and ready for live updatesis saved in Ellich. It is not yet proven live until the full update result succeeds and the public page is checked.
Verify the customer path
Open the public page in a fresh browser session. Confirm the heading, fields, validation, availability search for reservation requests, submit button, success or error result, and the new record in Guest requests. Do not use a real guest's information for a test submission.
