Shared Loyalty gives one guest a company rewards wallet that can earn and use points at participating stores. Company owners and administrators manage the program; store managers see only stores allowed by their company access. Guest contact details remain protected inside the store records.
Publish the shared program
- Open Company → Shared Loyalty.
- Set the program name, point name, earning rate, value per point, and maximum points allowed per visit.
- Select the participating stores.
- Choose Publish shared program.
- Review the publication result for stores that were applied, not included, or need attention.
Publishing creates a new program version and updates the participating-store list. A store that is not participating cannot earn or redeem from the company wallet. Manual point changes are also limited to participating stores and require a reason. Point balance locking and duplicate-request protection prevent the same wallet change from being spent or recorded twice.
Publish rewards and bonus points
Create a reward tier as either money off or a free menu item. A free-item reward requires at least one shared menu item and supports no more than three active free-item tiers. Save and publish sends the tier only to ready stores.
Each store must have a matching local product for a free-item reward. Choose item means the shared item has not been connected to that store's menu product. Connect the matching store product and confirm the store changes to Ready before telling guests the reward is available there.
Bonus schedules support double or triple points by selected stores, dates, weekdays, local hours, order source, order behavior, and scheduled-order condition. The shared program must be published first. A paused campaign does not award the bonus even if its date and time match.
Pause, close, or reopen a wallet
Pause rewards immediately keeps the point balance but stops earning and redemption at every participating store. Restoring rewards makes the wallet available again. Both actions require a meaningful reason and are recorded in Company Activity History.
Closing a rewards account is different from pausing it. A close or reopen request requires a reason and approval from another company administrator; the requester cannot approve the same request. Check the pending review and recent decision history before submitting another request.
Review activity and reward balancing
Run Reward activity checks to find frequent earning, repeated use, large manual changes, or unusually high staff activity. Marking an alert reviewed or resolved records the investigation outcome; it does not reverse points automatically.
Reward balancing by store compares reward value added to the company pool with value honored for guests. Each store uses its local date. This report does not move money. To finalize an ended period for accounting, enter a reason and request review. Another company administrator must approve with a review note. Finalized periods cannot overlap, and reopening also requires a separate two-person review. Export or period finalization records accounting evidence only; complete any real settlement through the company's approved payment process.
