The Company Guests page shows guest relationships across the stores included in your access without exposing private store contact details. It summarizes shared points and contact-permission evidence so authorized administrators can investigate duplicates safely.
Review guests and permissions
Open Company → Guests and find the guest in Guests across stores. Review the accessible store names, shared point balance, and email, SMS, or phone permission status. No record means the company view has no corresponding permission evidence; it is not permission to contact the guest.
Use Refresh permission records to synchronize permission evidence without copying private contact details into the company view. A withdrawn permission stays withdrawn when profiles are combined. Do not change a guest's consent merely to make two profiles appear consistent.
Create a duplicate review
Only a company owner or administrator can combine profiles.
- Under Possible duplicates, choose the profile to keep.
- Choose the duplicate profile to combine into it.
- Record the match basis, confidence, and review notes.
- Choose Create review case.
- Review the proposed direction, point-balance preview, store overlap, and permission conflicts before approval.
Creating the case does not merge either profile. If both profiles are linked to the same store, merge them locally first; an organization merge with overlapping store links is blocked.
Approve or reject the merge
A second administrator should review the case. Confirm both profiles still represent the same person and remain active. When permission conflicts exist, the reviewer must explicitly acknowledge that a withdrawn permission will remain withdrawn.
Approve merge combines the duplicate into the selected survivor, transfers supported store links and consent evidence, combines the shared rewards balance, and records the event. Historical rewards ledger entries are not rewritten. Reject closes the proposal without combining the profiles.
Because approval changes the surviving identity and shared balance, do not reverse the Keep/Combine direction casually. Record the affected profile labels, stores, balances, and reason in the review instead of using private contact details as support evidence.
