Enable multi-store, add stores, and build Store Groups

Review subscription impact, enable company store management, add or resume stores, switch context, and build nested groups.

Company store management lets authorized owners and administrators add stores, switch operating context, and group locations for access, reporting, and shared settings. Turning on multi-store management does not move or merge the current store's data.

Turn on multiple stores

  1. Open Company → Stores and select Use multiple stores.
  2. Review the current and multi-store subscription amounts, included store count, and any additional-store charge.
  3. Confirm that existing staff, orders, guests, rewards, reports, and store data remain at the current store.
  4. Confirm the billing impact and select Turn on multiple stores.

If the plan has no active multi-store price or requires a provider subscription change, complete Plan & billing first. Enabling company management and creating a new store are separate actions.

Add or resume a store

Select Add store, review the next-store billing preview, and acknowledge it before entering the store name, email, address, and business type. The preview key must still match the current subscription when the store is created. A plan hard limit blocks creation.

New stores can appear as Getting ready or Setup needs attention while provisioning finishes. Use Resume setup for an incomplete store. Do not create a duplicate store to work around a failed setup.

Select Open store to change the active tenant context and enter that store's operating dashboard. Store context changes what local data and controls you are managing; it does not combine records across stores.

Build Store Groups

Open Company → Store Groups, create a group, and select its direct stores. A group can also include other active groups so regional groups can roll up into a larger reporting or policy group. Ellich prevents a parent-child cycle. Archiving a group removes it from active selection without deleting the stores.

Use groups for scoped team access, shared-setting overrides, and company reports. Always verify the expanded store count before applying a group-wide change.
